Rice and Black Beans Earrings

These Puerto Rican food earrings are made to resemble white rice with black beans inside a light gray granite rice pot “caldero”. In Puerto Rico we call this flavorful dish, “Arroz con habichuelas negras o frijoles”.

The charms were made with polymer clay and sealed with varnish for protection. Each hangs from silver-toned Stainless Steel hooks. The full length of the earrings is approximately 1-5/8″ long and 1-1/8″ in width.
