These earrings were made to resemble the Tamarind fruit. In Puerto Rico we call it Tamarindo and we use it to make delicious beverages and frozen limbers. We also like to eat it straight from its tree when ripe.
The charms are made of polymer clay and sealed with varnish for protection. The earrings feature a Tamarindo and hand-engraved leaf. Colors include shades of green and brown. They hang from silver-toned stainless steel hooks. A beautiful gift idea for anyone who loves this sweet and tangy fruit.
