Shipping Policy
- Your order will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your USPS tracking number.
- Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
- Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. You may also receive an optional follow-up request for feedback to help us improve our products and service.
- If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please feel free to contact us through our Contact Us page.
- We currently ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico. We appreciate your understanding.
Free Shipping Policy
- Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico. Free shipping is applied at checkout when eligible.
- If you do not see the free shipping applied, please contact us right away so we can help before your order is processed.
- Once an order has been completed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Return Policy
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you need assistance with a return.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in new, unused condition, including all original packaging. Items must not show signs of use.
- We are unable to accept cancellations after 3 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped or marked as completed, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may proceed under our return policy.
Important Notes:
- Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, the customer may be responsible for any loss in value.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense, or a refund will be issued minus shipping costs. This also applies to packages that are not picked up and are returned to us.
